A store that is always closed for updates at night time. Employee sitting and eating inside for 2 hours . That don’t happened just one night it’s an every night thing.why keep the light on and open sign on if you want to be closed at night ? Hire some people that actually want to work. This big girl at night time literally kick people out

The lady on the night shift after 11pm asked me what kind of cigars I wanted and when I told her and gave her my birthdate she refuse to serve me and told me to not come back on her shift because what I just told her was “rude”She must have misheard me because the only words I spoke to her were what flavor I wanted and my birthdate and then she very abruptly refused my service on a false assumption and then wouldn’t even tell me what I said to her that was offensive. I work in hospitality and that is not a very professional or polite way to address a misunderstanding with a customer and refuse to acknowledge them after. Worst service I’ve had there

Nice people. But I went in for 3/4 cup coffee 1/4 cup cappuccino. Couldn't get any of the cappuccinos to dispense properly so I opened top to have a look see. It was so disgusting. I filled my cup, tasted it, paid for it and left to find me a decent cup of coffee else where.
