The worst customer service. Think they can hang up and block a customer with a complaint after servicing and cutting an interior piece by accident they won’t care to do you the same way sell ppl rusted cars all that just stay away.

Husband picked me up for lunch after ac work to find a cut in our passenger heated ventilated sport leather seat he didn’t notice cause he was driving I got in and noticed before sitting now they are trying to act like they didn’t do it as well as the GM rudely interrupting while people are explaining then hanging up when told to be respectful and listen to the customers complaint like a GM. Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever been too now I’m questioning getting my dodge… also they have now blocked our number guessing they don’t want to fix their mess up

Took my charger rt MAX for diagnostic on ac month or so back they didn't put my dash back together properly had the trim around steering wheel overlapping the pieces it should've been under and now I have a constant squeaking in my passenger side dash assuming dude broke a clip or again didn't put it back right car made ABAOLUTELY no noise from trim pieces before they touched it. I ended up fixing the pieces out of place still have a squeak tho. Fast forward this morning I take it in to do the ac work I was quoted they did the job fairly fast but I get my car back and my vented leather passenger seat has a clear cut in it that was not there when I brought it in they tell me they can't tell if it was them that did it and they will get back with me we shall see I am beyond pissed that my leather seats that WERE meant now has a cut that looks like a razor did it but oh well guess I'll do my own work from now on put 4k in repairs and upgrades myself and never had a cut show up ? also I own this car outright so ofc I'm screwed

Worst dealership ever will fill you full of complete lies. Will tell you they can’t find a problem and then when you show them the problem they want to get mad and temper tantrum like high school kids go to a real dealership

PROS: they had the vehicle we wanted and were able to come to terms on the deal to make it happen. The sale was quick and didn’t take much time or effort at all.
CONS: was told we were getting a winch included in our 70k Jeep purchase however it somehow “didn’t get added in the paperwork”, a service bulletin was issued in FEB for this vehicle and not performed on the vehicle prior to us taking ownership causing the vehicle dash lights to go crazy, rough idle etc all within days of owning, vehicle has surface rust all over the front end due to “HUMIDITY!” as the salesman stated. Just a lot of fine details were missed. We also learned they loan out their new vehicles to sooner coaching staff. That’s why a lot of their new vehicles have miles on them!
OVERALL: as a returning customer who purchases brand new I expect the vehicle to be in brand new condition, and service updates to be completed PRIOR to taking ownership, the rust could’ve been dressed with an oil lubricant or something. Probably won’t buy from again

Was interested in a Hyundai Sonata that they had as availability was confirmed via email. Worked primarily with Dylan. Sent them several texts letting them know I was interested in the car and how to put a deposit down. Never heard anything back about how to continue. Poor communication. Dylan, you can do better.

These guys are awesome. They replaced my windshield and the found something broke in my USB port so they are getting that fixed for me. This was my first car purchase and they made me feel like family and my kids. They helped us find the perfect car for us.

We worked with Marcus and he was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, had a kind smile and was eager to help us find something that was just right for our family.
He showed us a few options we were looking into and after test driving we went in to work out a price and they gave us an amazing deal. I wanted time to sleep on it and think and they let us do that without any pressure.
We came back in a few days later and bought the Jeep we test drove. Not only did Marcus meet with us and help but Brendan and the owner came in and met with us. We didn't get that customer service anywhere else we went.
We appreciate the whole team for making our experience amazing and helping us get into our new Jeep! Thank you guys so much!
