I had rented from them for a long time then they doubled their rates and I couldn't afford the new rent payments plus late fees, so I lost everything. Never ever doing business with them again.

Don't rent from here. My unit was broken into. I called the office and the owner came. I asked what would happen if stuff was stolen. He said they wouldn't do anything about it. Paid a full month's rent and was offered anything after leaving on the 5th of the month!

I would not rent any units from any of there locations. My storage unit got broken into and they didn't care knowing I'm disabled veteran.
