Wanted to change carrier to At&T but the guy which I don’t remember his name said that he would help me but I wouldn’t be able to keep my same phone number. I had never had this problem before. Poor customer service.

Josh was GREAT!!!! I was never a big fan of AT&T for the simple fact that i always received bad customer service, but it was the best cell service in the area. The experience that i got working with Josh today was nothing short of courteous and helpful. If you ever need a new phone plan or any other AT&T service ASK DIRECTLY FOR JOSH You wont be sorry....he knows his stuff and he's never pushy.
