This place is always the best I'm telling you. We battled for years with our Labradors ears in 2 weeks this vet had it cleared up. Heck one vet wanted to remove the whole inside of his ears for a solution even though he would be deaf after that. These vets know what they're doing. Both vets are 100% about the pet and you realize that in a matter of a few minutes when you walk in there.

Called last night and left a message with the after hours emergency number, but never heard back. Now my wife's dog is DEAD when she could have quite possibly been saved. Makes no sense to even have the
emergency number there.

We take all 6 cats and our dog to this vet. Highly recommend! I've even taken a few strays to them. They are great! ?

I was a little worried since my dog is a real nervous one amd it was his first time but they handled him really well! Now I'm just waiting to hear back from them, hope I get good news!! ^^

This was the best and worst visit all in one. Best because the care taken by everyone involved and worst because my Baby Dog could no longer continue on with me. They explained the whole process and let me love on my boy till he was gone. They gave me time afterward to spend time grieving alone and saying my final goodbyes. I'm thankful for the peace of mind and the care they took with my sweet Baby Dog. Thank you, Dr. Payne and all your staff.

No call back for requested service even after four hours , did not help with medication that is needed , did not even care to ask about situation , will be finding a different vet , one that helps animals not just collect office visit money .

Mom and I have been here on two different days and got the runaround just for wanting to see the vet for my mom's Dog ? and we are going to continue to take our pets here

My baby was taken in,she had and infection in her uterus, after the surgery and 2000 dollars later my baby died! There is a step by step guide,this is so common even gives symptoms.....they told us she had clear test no infection. Told us she had mild seizure from medication from surgery! She was shaking and barely could stand..... The vet journal states that the shaking was a sign of infection still present and stronger antibiotics be used and keep animal for additional monitoring,that did not happen....they charge me for additional antibiotics after I said she was not getting better she died without getting second treatment,but they swore her test were negative! Then how did she die from infection! Liars!!!!

Such an amazing facility. From the front staff, to the veterinarians, to the care/products offered. I’ve been taking my fur babies (including 3 newly acquired babies) to them for the past 3, I think, years. I don’t have a single complaint for them, I wish I could give them more stars. Thank you all!
