Trash I don't understand my mother in law lives right around the corner not even 5 blocks away and gets her mail around one while I'm sitting here waiting on packages and they don't even show up until atleast 4pm what is going on with yalls mail carriers

The automated message system doesn't have a speak to operator option and it didn't take me to one after three minutes trying to get it to send me to someone in the office. If I did it wrong please tell me, otherwise please add speak to a representative to the automated list of options.
