I was needing a dependable vehicle for my gal after the transmission went out in her car and spoke with the folks at 4B. They went out of their way to put her into something better and I couldn't be more thankful for that. We really appreciated their staff, the whole experience was first class. Great people and excellent service.

I asked for assistance on airing up my low tires and was willing to pay, then told to do it myself. When I walked in, I motioned to 3 workers chatting, one of them was very sick with a strong cough along with a woman in the back who was also coughing. Despite this, I was abruptly told to remove my mask so that they could hear me, even though they had already heard my initial request to assist me in airing my tires up. I let them continue their conversation and walked out without any assistance. Customer service like this is a detriment to public safety and I warn any health conscious person to avoid this shop.

I had a flat tire this morning and Justin came out and aired up the tire. Then I took my Tahoe over to 4B and got the tire fixed and Justin checked my other tires also. Thank you so very much!!!

Not the best choice in town. I am a retired automotive tech with 35 years in the trade. I took a car in here because old age disabled me and I am retired. I don't have a lift at home and needed a power steering pump changed. Before the job, the pump had a leak between the reservoir and the pump housing. It came back with leaks at the fittings to the rack. While I was being brought home their guy was trying to diagnose a solid misfire in a Ford without the slightest idea of what to do with his scanner because the truck was not setting a code. The man had no idea of what the misfire counter was for or even that his scanner could read them. Don't go here.
