Ordered a new vehicle from them after talking to a friend. Met with and ordered new truck was told price but did not get in writing when it showed up was told market had changed since then so now dealer markup due to demand. Well they got to keep vehicle and now everyone beware their word means nothing if they can get more for your vehicle. What a bottom feeder. Wow buying close to home is not a good thing always, find a dealer with integrity.

On 7/14/20 I ordered a Ford Bronco direct with Ford then selected Wilmes as my location for delivery. Kirk Wilmes was the sales person. When I received the call 2/15/22 (after 19months waiting) about my Broncos arrival, Wilmes decided to up the price $11,000 overlords factory sticker and called it a "market adjusted price"! When I went to see the vehicle it already had a price that was $17,000 OVER STICKER "incase" I didn't want to take the vehicle. I feel like the custom vehicle I special ordered was confiscated to be sold to the highest bidder that doesn't want to wait like I did. So much for small town service Wilmes.

Windshield was cracked when we picked the vehicle up. David, the new sales manager, accused us of lying and said the crack may have already been there. Also, they had the vehicle for 7 days for a repair that took them 30 minutes of labor and we were told that they didn’t have a tech available to drive it for the next 6 days. Poor service, but worse than that was the disrespectful attitude and lack of customer service that came from the service manager and then even the owner himself who told us to take half the amount of the windshield repair or “get out of here.”Service: General repairs & maintenance
