Friendly competent staff working WITHOUT a Pharmacist on WEEKENDS. They are doing their best under a shortage from Above. Don't fault the Worker Bee's for a faulty Queen. Be AWARE Plan AHEAD or Switch Pharmacy to the name I shall not mention.They are not CURRENTLY OPEN ON WEEKENDS. I plan my Prescribed medication around getting in ONLY M to F

Since when does a Chain Pharmacy close on weekends? Walgreens Pharmacy has always been opened on weekends. And still are in other cities. Why is Altus closed on weekends and closes early on weekdays? People need their scripts. People get out of the hospital and need to get them on weekends. Whatever the reason. I cannot believe there is not a pharmacist open to fill prescriptions. What a shame!!!

Been waiting for 5 days for prescription to be filled. Tried to call spending over an hour each time. Called the store manager and was informed they had so many calls that they are not excepting calls. What a joke of a pharmacy

I do not enjoy giving this poor review. I have been a walgreens customer for 13 years at locations in 3 cities. I am about to stop giving Altus Walgreens my business because of what I understand to be pharmacist staffing issues. Currently and until further notice, the Altus Walgreens is only open 10-6 Monday through Friday. This has caused extremely long lines through the drive through. I was on hold 45minutes the other day. The final straw for me was it took an entire work day plus to organize my meds, which was only accomplished at 5 p.m. Friday, st which tome there were 10 cars in line. The store isnt open weekends so by Subday night i am unwell and as far as i can see, it is because of the pharmacy staffing shortage. I still face who lnows how long a wait in line tomorrow, costing me time off work. I dint have time to keep swinging by to check to see how long tge line is. Moreover i am a person who makes 4 trips to Walgreens per month, with thousands of dollars. Help me Walgreens and hear my message. Reach out to me and tell me not to quit. I am a loyal but frustrated customer who is about to leave and wants you to know why.

Very friendly and helpful staff up front. Pharmacy is a joke. Took almost 2 hours for 1 RX because of their own inability to put in the correct information.

Picked up prescriptions today at drive through, asked for a bottle of benadryl and cashier said you need to come in for that we don't do that in drive thru I told her they always have before she rolled her eyes and said not anymore. I drive 1 hour to use Walgreens but I'm going to move to hometown pharmacy now. Which is where I drove through and got my benadryl today.
