We have had a family plan with T-Mobile for roughly 10 years and they have always had great customer service at any store I have walked into this particular store went above and beyond to help and accommodate me and got me exactly what I was needing. And their prices and plans I believe are one of the best if not thee best and I've never had an issue with service and I sometimes have to travel for business and have been very satisfied with service for the last 10years I highly recommend going and talking to them if your looking for a good place to get a phone and reliable service at an affordable price.

Went in today to upgrade husbands phone and the two guys working said system down after working with two other customers and as I was leaving they proceeded to help another customer no issues . I also was very disappointed in TMOBILE AT THIS POINT..THEN I GET TOLD MY FAVORITE EMPLOYEE IS LEAVING WHICH was not that employee workings business to say .

I went to activate a new phone because the store had messed up setting up my account in Altus. They had been closing at 8PM I got there at 603 there was customer in the store and they put a sign up on door and said they were closing at 6 pm and had doors locked and would not take time to ask me what wrong. I was getting into my vehicle when they unlocked the door to let the other customer out. They were 4 emplyees standing there looking at me and would not open door to try and help me fix the phone. It took me over hour on phone with TMobile text support to fix my Netflix. It was not set up right They are real friendly till you buy a phone the service is totally different. Worst service I have ever had.

Switched from another major cell provider today and was helped by Caleb and Alex who were wonderful. It took longer than any of us expected but both were patient and kind and very helpful. 10/10

Excellent service and reps in the store, very professional and kind, only thing is the store needs more chairs for customers it's really annoying have to stand to get a new phone, stood for at least an hour while the amazing rep Joshua took care of me, the store also doesn't have any A/C so it was very hot, I would like to see those aspects improved on.

I am a Sprint customer. I came here to get help with upgrading my Apple Watch. I was helped by this young woman named Alexia. She has exceptional customer service. I appreciate her being so patient and friendly; Upgrading my watch took longer than expected on top of her having to explain things that I didn’t quite understand multiple times. I’m not one of those people that always upgrade to the latest devices, so I wasn’t savvy on how the process works. I highly recommend this location by far.
