I've had poor experiences around the Altus areas with getting services done on my car, however I decided to give the service department here a shot. I was very pleased to say the least. The service staff went above and beyond! I definitely will be coming back and recommending other to get their services and maintenance done here!

I don't generally leave reviews on Google, but my experience at Johnny Roberts was amazing. The staff was very attentive about my needs and were very understanding throughout the entire process. Their service department made an experience enjoyable that would have otherwise been stressful. I can't recommend them enough!

Went in for an oil change and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even had complimentary snacks and water in the lobby!

Johnny Roberts service department has been great to work with. I have been routinely using them for my oil changes and any other needed concerns. They have gone above and beyond in service. If I am unable to stay while they complete the service needed they will take me where I need to go and deliver my vehicle once completed. Highly recommend.

Stopped by your dealership simply do to a burning smell that was pretty bad . I already figured I was going to be a lengthy wait due to dropping in. I was greeted by Laura (I think was her name) who immediately checked over my car to make sure there was no fire. Thank goodness there was not. But she did pinpoint the problem right off the bat! I had apparently ran over a plastic bag of some sort and it was melted under my car. My car was taken back and with in 30mins I was on my way. I was informed I would probably still have a small smell for a while but it would eventually burn itself out. Thank you for being so fast, professional and timely.
