Really terrible attitudes from employees and managers. Was completely lied to by one manager who claimed I couldn't keep my old number, then when their sim didn't work they said I had to have kept my old number to have gotten a new phone discount that's advertised. $165 stolen from me. I was lied to and scammed by them. Then their manager openly talked about having to meet their quota.I have reported this store to the FTC and Atterny General

Great phone plan and my internet never slows down. Thank you for the added benefit of HBO Max for free. I get to watch all my favorite movies and series on my phone or my Roku TV at home!

I love my cricket service but the actual store service is awful I change to cricket last year and when I went in I told them I want a 5g phone better or equal to my old phone I don't guess he understood cause it's not better or equal it is 5g however. Everytimr I call up there the phone customer service is horrible no customer service at all ive work in the customer service industry most my life and one thing I can not stand is horrible customer service

Terrible understanding,sales clerks not trained enough to perform there duties.managment clearly is lazy, terrible experience due to being given up on cause a mistake that management made.

We made the drive to Altus for our new service due to Elk City store is lacking in lots of ways. We were met by Ericka who was full of knowledge and fun. She handled all 4 new phones on my account without missing a beat.While still answering questions we had. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and the service. The store was very clean and all customers were treated with respect. Ericka made a nerve racking chore a very easy and fun experience. We will be back. And I definitely recommend this store. All the employees we encountered were fun and courteous. Thank Cricket Altus you rock.

At first they were kinda yucky with attitude but there were only two people working one was a new employee and they had a full house but they still keep composer and we're friendly

Cricket wireless has great service but the reason I gave 3 stars is because the new customers get better deals on the newer phones. I've been with cricket for a year and a half and if I want to upgrade I pretty much have to pay full price for one of the newer phones and they shouldn't even charge you an upgrade fee that is should be so.ething free especially when you've been with them for a while

Melissa and the girls were so helpful! I went in to get me and my son a phone on my own plan after many years of being on my mom's and they were very patient with us while we browsed phones and asked questions about the differences and prices! This my son's first phone and these girl's made it so quick and easy for him to pick one he loved! And for that I am grateful because i really thought he would be in there forever trying to decide on one!

Daniel was a true gentleman, he helped me through everything. Explained step by step how to work my new devices, even went as far to make me two new Gmail's!! Excellent customer service, and I recommend him to anyone going to altus cricket!!
