Three weeks and prescription not yet filled. I think pharmacy is closed...that is what my doctors office said.

I do not enjoy giving this poor review. I have been a walgreens customer for 13 years at locations in 3 cities. I am about to stop giving Altus Walgreens my business because of what I understand to be pharmacist staffing issues. Currently and until further notice, the Altus Walgreens is only open 10-6 Monday through Friday. This has caused extremely long lines through the drive through. I was on hold 45minutes the other day. The final straw for me was it took an entire work day plus to organize my meds, which was only accomplished at 5 p.m. Friday, st which tome there were 10 cars in line. The store isnt open weekends so by Subday night i am unwell and as far as i can see, it is because of the pharmacy staffing shortage. I still face who lnows how long a wait in line tomorrow, costing me time off work. I dint have time to keep swinging by to check to see how long tge line is. Moreover i am a person who makes 4 trips to Walgreens per month, with thousands of dollars. Help me Walgreens and hear my message. Reach out to me and tell me not to quit. I am a loyal but frustrated customer who is about to leave and wants you to know why.

And I am typically a big Walgreens. They have a wide variety of necessities, without the Long transaction time. Today however, at 430 in the afternoon. They had one employee in the entire store. When I asked for some assistance. He told me he would not be able due to being too busy. If I could not find the item on my own, it might be better to just go to somewhere else. Great service! Not sure who schedules employees. But, I was very disappointed

One of my favorite places in town!!! Not only do they have you basic house items, the pharmacy is amazing. The people there are so nice and friendly. They truly care about their customers!! Love that!

It's a decent location. The guys I checkout with are very nice and I like to run in for snacks and quick cash back. The pharmacy is mediocre. I don't think the service was outstanding and it takes a while for any RX to be filled. We are going with a different pharmacy next time but will still do business here for minor things.

Mini Walmart south really. Anything you can get there you can get here. I shop around town though for the best deals. Sometimes you can find them here sometimes at Walmart sometimes on base etc etc etc. Over all Walgreens has the highest prices though. Really only go here for, well, hmmm I forget why I go here....
