“After a long day, I drove in from out of town to pick up a key. When I got there I was told that they wouldn't be able to cut it. This wasn't anything that they could control, but embarrassingly, my inner-Karen started showing before Brayden could explain. He remained calm and ask me a few questions and after my short responses he explained that he would bring me the key and program it for me the next day. I had my key hand-delivered the next morning. “When my low tire light came on while driving into Altus, I immediately went to Dillon's. They checked the pressure in each tire. Determined that one of the tires pressure just hit the point for the low tire light to come on, deemed it being from the cold weather, filled up each tire to what it's supposed to be and sent me on my way.Can't beat great customer service like this.Highly recommend Dillon's for vehicle and tire service.”

“Great service! I got stuck on the river and Jamey (I believe that was his name) was there within 30 minutes of the call and had me out within 2 minutes with his skid steer and recovery attachment. “Had a great experience with Smiths! The employees are friendly, honest and they’re reasonably priced. I noticed a lot of the 1 star reviews for Smiths were because of the wait time, but to be fair every shop in Altus has a wait time, and any good business that people trust is going to stay busy!So first of all, I booked an appointment with Smiths and got an appointment a few days out, so I ended up taking my car to another shop in town that quoted my vehicles repairs around $1,300! I decided to keep my appointment with Smiths for a second opinion and they ended up nearly cutting THAT PRICE IN HALF!!Now, we did have a tiny mistake that we were able to catch the first day, however they were closed so we had to take it back the next day. The guys ended up fixing the issue within a couple of hours and the vehicle was driving perfectly! They even offered to deliver my vehicle to me despite how busy they were!Also, like any good business they gave us a voucher for a free service!I definitely recommend Smiths firestone and we will be going back!?”
“Zapatas took care of us in a timely manner. We needed our vehicle sooner rather than later, and we showed up a few minutes before closing, hoping that it would be finished by that day because we needed it. They stayed almost an hour longer fixing, adjusting and running tests to ensure that it was good to go, even though they could have told us to come back tomorrow, they didn't. We're grateful.”
