Great place to go in Altus for furniture!! Shopping in store is a great experience, they give you good deals and are very accommodating. If they don’t have what you’re looking for you also have the option to shop online. The GM works so well with you.

I saw another review about a rude employee. I believe her name is DEIDRA. The comment describes how she looks. She was very rude and has given my husband problems before. I called asking about my account. She sent a guy in a truck for $19 I had no idea I even had to pay bc I do direct pay to them. Apparently it’s some kind of taxes. She could not even tell me what is really was for or why I was owing this amount. Just probably taxes she said. When I told her not to talk to me that way she acts d*** and said can I ask you a question? I said no I’m busy and she said okay bye. Lol 0 out 10 always from her

Employee was really rude. Don't know her name but she's black, short, has contacts. She barely acknowledged us. She answered our questions in a way that left us really confused and she seemed more interested in socializing with her friends. I would recommend Aaron's for their furniture, but not for the shopping experience, definitely won't make other purchases from them. Advice for a better experience would be to either replace or retrain your employees to be more customer oriented.

The service was not friendly. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I liked their products. I would have went somewhere else but my wife really liked the stove they had. When working with the public I would expect a more professional attitude.

If Tasha is the manager of this Aarons i would not recommend this store. Rude and inconsiderate! She had her people call me during the time when i sleep and during the time when i work. Needless to say i cussed both Tosha and she caller out. To the caller i am sorry. However, Tosha is bad at customer service. I called her back after being woke up by her caller and she expected to me to listen to her tell me how i should have let her caller talked when the woke me up. Needless to say i was pissed off at her and was not going to hear it. Worst Aarons manager i have ever worked with. On top of that i am not the primary they should not have been calling me at all.

Tosha the manager has the worst customer service i have ever seen. She had her people call me during my work hours (swing shift) and during my sleeping ours until (10am) then when i call she greets me and asks how i am doing i tell her not so good she had her people call me three times in 24 hours. She responded by saying i if i had let them get a word in edgewise i would know why they called. At this point i lost it asking "now she is going to cop and attitude?" At this point i did cuss her out. I have to say here that the person that called me at 945am twice was cussed out. I will admit that i could have handled this differently. However this is not the first time and i was nice with them those times. Also Tasha was who i spoke with those times as well. She also threatened to "come get her stuff". I am sure there are rules to operating and i am sure they are required to call the primary and get some time to get their payment. Given a better choice i would not go to this store.
