Why can't they put a sign saying NO GAS dock's are already totally trashed and boats slamming into them all day assuming they have gas for sale

I went there because I work with Scott's Carpet Cleaning and what I think of the place is that it is warm and friendly atmosphere the units are cozy nicely decorated and taken care of
