Best service I’ve received at any shop, anywhere. These people are friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ll never buy a boat anywhere else.

I purchased a Chaparral Signature 300. Toby was extremely helpful and they made repairs identified on survey prior to sale and lowered price for another defect identified. Would do business with Nichols again.

I flew a long distance to buy this companies 33 SeaRay brokerage boat. The top was supposed to be un-used and the boat in great condition. Once off the plane in Tulsa, I rented a car and drove 90 minutes to the boat. The boat was a shambles. The top was trash, the eisenglass was hard and golden brown. There was at least a foot of thick sludge in the bilge and the bilge pump wasn't working. The generator was inoperable, the boat heavily scratched, the boot stripe was missing in places. The search light didn't work, the bilge was filthy. Total waste of a long flight, car rental, hotel stay and three days of work. Boat was supposed to be in good shape.

We had some trouble with our boat trailer missing some screws. The gentleman that helped us was so nice and didn't even charge us for the screws we needed! He was a life saver!
