Went to rent a boat on a Saturday, it was only a couple weeks into the "offseason". We didn't reserve ahead of time as it looked like it would rain, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to go over the rain cancellation policy with me. Showed up Saturday morning around 10 am and no one was there and their business was supposed to open by 9 according to their website. Apparently the owner was out of town and the guy who covers for him not only didn't show up but didn't answer or return any phone calls. Won't try to use them again.

Pros: Had a fantastic family small vacay for our sons 24th birthday. Tony was super helpful when we arrived. Made sure we were able to arrive to an open and inviting cabin rental. It was clean and cool on those hot summer days we spent there. The on-site pool was an unexpected nice touch. Additionally, we rented a pontoon boat that was sufficient for the size of our family along with a “bubba”, that brought so many smiles, laughs, and memories for our family. (I think I had the best time because I got to watch how happy it made the kids). Furthermore, They included a floating Lyly pad with our boat rental, which was also a welcome surprise!Cons: bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels for the lake and/or pool.Honestly, if the cons are that simplistic— you’ve got it made!

Troy was excellent and very friendly. He answered all our questions. The boat was nice, older but perfect for what we wanted to do— tubing and swimming with our 6 grandchildren (ages 3-11). We had a great time!!

We rented a pontoon boat and spent a wonderful day on Grand Lake. The boat had plenty of power and a nice Bluetooth stereo. Troy and his staff were very friendly and helpful and the marina was conveniently located near our VRBO just outside Ketchum. We will definitely be back.

I wasn't too stoked when I found a pill necklace and trash on our pontoon when we rented it this summer. I had kids on my boat and my son picks up a necklace pill holder and asks me what it is. Geeez. Can you guys please clean your boats before handing them off to someone else? You guys hold us accountable for a deposit.... Why if you guys aren't even checking the boats.....we told the tall gentleman working the hut he didn't care. I just feel as through some sort of responsibility should be takin.

Lots of fun here. Come rent a boat or jet ski. Or a house for the weekend! Couple good restaurants nearby. And bring your fishing pole.

Nice boat but they charged us 110.00 for gas and we Literally drive down to aquapaloisa a mile or so shut off the boat. Started it and drove back maximum maybe 3 miles round trip... and I don't see how the jet ski could hold that much gas... I wonder how much a gallon we paid for gas per gallon?? They did credit our rentals as they over booked the boat. We had to wait there for an hour to get a boat we booked for 2pm till 6pm.. other than that it was nice, clean, friendly service... we had a great time.

This place is a racquet. We took the boat out following all dIrections. They claimed we damaged the propeller and took our security deposit and we're RUDE. Don't give them your business!

We love doing business with Robin and Troy. They have a terrific dock staff who will take care of you for your all Marina needs. get the rentals early. they go fast.
