They don't pick up our mail even when the flag is up and we are a business! Just paid a bank fee for a stop payment on a check to a vendor that they lost somewhere so I can send a replacement payment to them. Probably will FED EX overnight that so I can actually get it to them! They should just go ahead and go broke!

One of the worst post offices I've ever seen. A long line of customer waiting for one brand new employee at the counter and the other women were in the back doing who knows what. The line was out the door. I waited 45 minutes and gave up. The manager needs to be fired cause this place is poorly run

Our delivery guy is awesome! However, I had a package due yesterday. Said "delivered to an agent, picked up at USPS" well... it's not here and not at my neighbor's place. Post office refuses to answer the phone.

Consistently have delivered multiple packages multiple times throughout our neighborhood to the wrong house and don’t care. I don’t know what can be done about this. We’ve complained a lot and it keeps happening.
I’m sure other neighbors have called and complained. I know their packages have just been left at the end of driveways and dropped off at different houses. It’s not hard to read numbers and match them to the number on the garages here in our neighborhood.
I deliver packages part time with a different parcel deliverer. It really isn’t that hard.
The neighborhood is fairly new and our house numbers are prominently displayed above our garages.

I have called the # listed for the Post Office and it has rang 20+ times and no one ever picked up. Called the 800 # and the automated system was of no help. How do you reach a live person by phone at this facility?

Worst postal service ever. No one know how to deliver a package to the right address, didn’t receive mail for months, and don’t bother paying for fast shipping because they will mark it as unable to deliver because front door was unaccessible… I live in an apartment with very open parking and nothing in front of the door. Very lazy employees they need better training or something.

This PO needs a better training system for their mail couriers. We're always getting someone else's mail/packages, and ours to some random house. Phone calls, regarding the issue, solve nothing.
