I give this office a zero rating. They lied to me about my home phone. Don't let them tell you that the upgrade box is free. You only have to pay the taxes because it is a bold face lie. Go across town to the other US Cellular Office in North Hills Centre or TMobile is even way better. Presley is nice but not Mickaylia who is the so called office manager.

Thieves, scoundrels, liars!I should have never walked through that door. Their online map of service area is pink to indicate service area, white indicates no service, I'm on the edge. In effort to close the sale I was told I have 14 days and if it's a service issue we (us cellular) will wave the $75 restocking fee. Huh.Lie number 1. I called us cellular to figure out why they think I owe such a large sum of money. Apparently I'm still an active account and they have no record of my returning the phone. SCAM! Apparently I'm a paying costumer for life, like it or not.

Everyone working in this store was super helpful with my IPhone. I had a couple of issues with two apps I couldn’t get to work and they all worked it out. I didn’t buy the phone at this store and they were still happy to help.Thanks Ada US Cellular!

Both us cellular stores in ada are garbage. They said 30 a month for a phone then said its 22 a month . Well the bill came out for 30 a month and they wanted to try and act like its not there problem... dont trust the heavy set girl there she looks to be about 30 with brown hair. She wont remember that she said anything apparently.
