These guys did a FANTASTIC job on my 2015 Cadillac. The service was amazing, everyone that I spoke was helpful and kind. My car looks great and I am incredibly satisfied with all of the work that was done. They called me through out the time they had my car to let me know how things were going, what to expect and when to expect it back. If I could I would give them 100 stars!

If you notice, there are not any reviews stating why they gave "good service" and that is more than likely because the owner has done it across multiple of his own devices. Let me explain why I think that is the case. Jerry, if you're reading this, I'm sorry.*on the 23rd of April I hit an armadillo causing substantial damage to my front end, undercarrige, radiator and something with my A/C as well.On April 24th of 2020 my car was taken into my insurance's paired body shop of Smith Collision. I spoke to the former owner of Ragland Bailey, Jerry, who was very knowledgable and, more importantly, kind. Based off of the reputation Ragland's had had it saddens me he paired with Brandon at Smith's. I was informed I had an aftermarket front bumper cover. This is important as they normally only do stock parts but would make an acception. Three weeks later and I was able to drive my car from them supposedly fixing the radiator and any other mechinal problems. This is where my insurance initially messed up as they went ahead and paid them the 4.5K estimate to get it fixed. My car was returned 3 days later after a check engine light popped up. This wasn't a big deal as I was going to be gone on vacation until the 31st of May with June 1 being the pickup date for my car. Perfect! I arrive back and show up on Monday afternoon (after dodged calls) to hear it has not made it in yet but should be this week or the next. I'm not sure how they know without a tracking number as they are unable to give me one.(car is still there)Fast forward to around June 15th when I head up there with full intent on taking my car somewhere else.I go into Jerry's office and he has just written down tracking info. Talk about timing! I ask Jerry about the hold up and Brandon, the main owner, comes into his office. Jerry told him I was thinking about it to which Brandon dramatically grabs my keys out of their spot and gives them to me saying "Go right ahead! if you think you can find that bumper and get it here any sooner than be my guest but I can tell you right now that it won't happen." I told him to relax and that I feel like anyone else in my postion would also kinda like to know why it has taken 7 weeks to get my car fixed. With the state of the world from COVID and Jerry's calm tone I chose to be patient and wait. I tell Brandon that I just wanted to be updated and I also go ahead and take down the tracking info only to find out that the bumper itself was not even ordered until June 11th! Mind you the car was said to be done June 1st.(Car is still there) In rolls the beginning of July as well as the news that my front bumper cover has made it in except its broken? Supposedly the companay wouldn't send a new one without getting the broken one back first. We set up to order another but I need something to drive. I take my car back around the third week of July because not having a car has been absolutely terrible. They tell me its fine to drive still so I take it away and wait for this second new bumper. More time passes into early August and I come to angreement with my insurance that I will settle for a different bumper just to have my car fixed. He calls Brandon and Brandon said to have me come up and show him what I chose and we'll get it all taken care of. I go up to the shop to talk to Brandon so we can finally resolve this three month repair. I let the receptionist know that I am there to talk to him only to be met by her once more with a card to a towing service. She told me he said he didn't have time to come out and talk to me while I was there SETTLING for less just so he could get the job completed. I was informed to send a message to the towing number with the new bumper I wanted. I left the store and sent my lesser replacement bumper to the number. After a week of no reply and no update I go up to the shop and demand my keys. Finally, I am back into my 'still in need of many repairs' car. I end up at Manuel Collision! Check out my review for Manuel
