I wish they would have been upfront about their outsourcing of engraving. Their unwillingness to correct their mistake demonstrated less than steller customer service.

6$ plus tax per page for architect blueprint charge extra 10$ for electronic copy and end up with no electronic copy and full of lies. ( 3.99$ per page from staples or 2$ from local own printing store)
