The only one complaint really has nothing to do with the employees or the company. Mine is with the people who use the drive thru to hold conversations and hold up the people behind them because they can't get their acts together. The window is for drop-off and pick ups, not to ask all sorts of questions or searching for scripts that haven't even been called in. Those people need to go inside, or use their phone, or get on-line. Our pharmacists should ask those people to drive around & go inside.”
