Friendly staff and they’re around if we ever needed or had any questions about anything. It was easy to find what we needed when we took our dog inside with us.

Expensive. Rude employees. They have a very small adoption thing. We went in and they had one cat for adoption. You can not pet the cat. You can not hold the cat.How am I supposed to interact with the animal (s) for adoption to see if we get along and decide to adopt or not? They should NOT have an adoption center. Especially if the only interaction is with the rude employees.Poor animals

Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and compassionate. My son's ESA has emergency surgery & isn't doing well, the CSR had such compassion when I was trying to explain what I needed and why, but I was hysterically crying also. . .
