They had to order a part for me and told me it'd be there for me first thing the next morning and it was! It was $100 cheaper than all the other places I called in town and I was back on the road the same day.

I also work at a parts store ( one not wearing green apparel) and unfortunately some franchises happen to be able to acquire parts that others cannot. That being said, James was more then willing to patiently help me through finding a part and do everything possible to help me locate what I was after. Despite not making a profit and this unfortunately being a dealer only item, his customer service was second to none. Thank you so much for your time and patience.

I was in a pinch and had to have a part before my mechanic went on vacation. These guys went above and beyond to find me what I needed and just in time. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to help me instead of sending me on my way to figure things out for myself.

Really disappointed, called and asked for them if they would check my check engine light, the women who answered, Brittany told me “no auto zone can do that”.... even though I have had them check it before and have gone to them before. Not anymore.
