Does anyone know whats going on with Gun Runners? I dropped off an AR to get worked on 3 weeks ago and he told me it would take but a day to do the work. He has been closed ever since. No one will answer the phone number listed. I would like to get my stuff back.

Paid $14 for a normally 0.99¢ safety detent spring for my AR, most things are overpriced and customer service isn’t the best.

I’ve purchased 3 firearms in shop. Purchased a firearm but after getting home found out online it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. They offer NO REFUNDS but after calling the shop, and explaining my situation he gave me a VERY REASONABLE price on the firearm. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else in Ada and I mean it!

Good shop all around, but when compared to the other outdoor sports shop in town (the one on Mississippi) Gun Runners is the only way to go. Staff is knowledgeable, and in comparison they are the end all experts. Gun Runners is about half the price for a simple FFL transfer than the competition. All around best option in Ada.

Very few gun stores have knowledgeable people behind the counter who can offer a expert informed opinion and suggest a solution to include gunsmithing. They have the know how and tools to make parts. They also test fire your weapon after the work. If they can't fix it, they have access to facilities who can. They have the inclination and the know how to find impossiabe to find parts. They will give you an honest and informed assessment of the value of your weapon and/or the cost of repair. Hard to find excellence in today's world.
