My comment is about the pretentious salesman who made judgements on my son while he was there getting his work van worked on. Seriously it must be a true blessing to work around someone who thinks he's so great. Seriously assuming he lives in a van making ignorant statements by the way someone looks. Sadly you've proven where judgment should be held.... By a persons actions. What an aZz!

I have had more than 1 terrible experience with the service department. The most recent was I took my car in for an oil change and to have fluids checked. The next morning there was, what appeared to be a few drops of oil on the ground so I took it back to ensure the oil filter and plug were tight enough. I also noticed that the automatic steering was making noise and asked them to check it out. Was told that they put some more oil in it and checked the steering fluid and everything was good. Steering still made noise and was hard to steer, took it to Hilltop Dodge and they immediately said that a steering fluid hose was damaged. I have paid for oil changes to include tire rotations and fluid checks. It is obvious that the tires were never rotated. The dust on the tire was not even disturbed. No finger prints on the tire rims at all. This happened more than once. They are very nice when you call and ask about the work, question what was done or even complain but its the same old run around every single time. "So sorry!" but still the same subpar work. The people in the service office at Ford are nice enough but their mechanics are terrible. DO NOT USE!!!!

Fenton Ford of Ada, Oklahoma are a bunch of lying cheats after taking a deposit and then adding a $5000 mark up! I have an email trail stating they and I agreed on MSRP for a 2021 Shelby GT500 that they were going to order. Then all of a sudden, they changed their mind without any clear explanation. Fenton Ford of Ada are a bunch of backstabbers and are not to be trusted. Whenever you think of the sleazy dealer stereotype, Fenton Ford of Ada comes to mind!

I have been using their service department for oil changes since buying my car there in 2016. Their customer service and work has always been top notch.

My husband is normally able to perform most car repairs himself. However, there was a recall on a transmission component of my daughter's car which required taking it to the dealership. We scheduled an appointment last week and told them what it was for. However, when my daughter arrived at the dealership this morning, they had no record of her appointment. They said there was no way for them to find out what recall she is talking about. They charged her $100 for a diagnostic, tried to sell her an extended warranty and wanted her to pay for a bunch of repairs. Needless to say, if something really is wrong, we will take it somewhere else. In fact, we will probably have to drive to Oklahoma City to have this recall addressed.

I was extremely disappointed with Ada Ford as I went in with a simple problem. The fob was not working with my SUV and Ada Ford told me that I needed a new fob. The new fob was supposedly ordered on a Wednesday and the new fob was to be in the next day. Well the next day came and no fob. The fob did not come in Friday nor on Saturday. I gave up on Ada Ford and took my SUV to another dealership and the battery in the fob was replaced in two minutes and everything worked perfectly.
