How I long for negative stars on this one!First off, the cashier says she has never done a FedEx drop off, so this other lady will help me. ‘This other lady’ was obviously getting off work and leaving for the day, so she goes to another person down the aisle in the store, who ended up being the manager. After 2-3 minutes of discussion with her manager, she comes and tells me her manager will be with me in a second, and goes right out the door. I watch the manager scan things on the shelves for at least 5 minutes longer, and I finally ask the cashier out loud ‘Is there no one here who can do this, because if not, I’ll go on?’. The manage then acts as if she just now noticed I was there.Oh, yeah, when she FINALLY came she couldn’t take the package either because it was the ‘wrong kind’ of FedEx or some nonsense!What a dreaded waste of time!!!
