My nails never last when getting them done here... nevermind the fact that my child could do a better job.

Well, it's a nail salon, so it smells like a nail salon. The offerings of colors are really good, prices are decent and, though my nails are a touch longer than I like, they are completely gorgeous.
They can get somewhat busy when the weather heats up, but I've never had to wait longer than a half hour, but that was because they were understaffed.
Not only that but when one of my nails broke, the fix was 10.00. not bad at all. :) come here. You'll like it.

Tried this place twice and was disappointed both times. First time myself, sister and mom went with a 3 o'clock appointment. We got skipped by several people and 2 hours after our appointment time we still had not been worked on. We left. I decided to try again by myself this time. Again sat waiting an hour while they were seating and working on women that came in after me. This time I wasn't the only one being skipped, another group of women were also getting skipped and becoming frustrated. That was when it hit me and I noticed that we were the only women of color and we were the only ones getting skipped. I got gel which should last at least 3-4 weeks, and the nails started lifting the next day. 1 week after getting them done and 5 of them have completely peeled off. Will not be back and do not recommend it to anyone.

Took my daughter in about an hour until closing. We both got full sets and had an amazing experience. Definitely recommend. We will not be going anywhere else from now on. Loved it! Thank you for your kindness.

Cursing out patrons is apparently a staple for this business. If you want good nails, you don’t want to go here.

I have been going to Diva for about 9 months. My nails always look nice.
I always get compliments. I generally don't write reviews but I felt I need too. I have taken my 85 year old mother in law, who has Alzhiemers, with me several times. I have them give her a manicure with color of her choice. They are very kind and patient with her. She sometimes gets confused about what colors she wants. She often says one color but means another. The staff always works hard to make her happy. She always did her own nails in the past but they were starting to look so bad. Now her nails look lovely and well kept again. I appreciate the time they take to make her happy. She doesn't get to enjoy much so it's the little things that make her happy. She's always happy with her nails when they are finished.

My wife and I came here to get a pedicure. They were busy but got to us pretty quickly. The young lady started on mine about 10 minutes before starting on the wife. When my pedicure was finished, I sat in the chair and waited for my wife to get finished. The place was about half full. Suddenly the apparent manager started telling me to get my shoes on. I said, no worries. I will. Just waiting on the wife. She replied, "no! You get your shoes on now. Wait up front. We busy." Well, this went all over me. I told her fine. I will get up. There are plenty of spaces available but I will get up. I will also make it easier for people to get a seat in the future as neither I or my wife will be back again. We paid, left without tipping, and we won't be back. FYI, we always tip at least 10 per pedicurist and we get the top listed pedis available. Their loss.

Rough, unprofessional and racist! The nail techs don’t wash their hands, dirty nail utensils, lack of trendiness. Disgusting ? They eat food and smoke cigarettes ? Bad energy. And they feel entitled to your money instead you will leave unsatisfied and disappointed! I don’t see how they are still in business. I understand Ada, Oklahoma doesn’t have many nail salons in the and this place doesn’t benefit the community or area because they have some of the worst masculine nail techs! Not worth the gas & time !

I did my homework on this Nail Salon, expecting a top-notch experience, but reality slapped me in the face. Called for an appointment like a responsible customer, but they're all about that "walk in whenever" vibe. Showed them a pic thinking I'd get Insta-worthy nails, but nope I ended up with chunky acrylics and a paint job that screams "DIY." The supposedly quick-dry gel polish? Took longer than waiting for a bus in the rain.
This place is far from classy, lacking the basics in nail bling. That $65 deal? More like a disaster. I usually drop $120 plus a decent tip for nails that slay, but these veteran nail techs were too busy being grumpy to care about customer satisfaction. Consider me unimpressed.

I thought I found a hidden gem after doing my research. Spoiler Alert: It's a total disaster! Despite being accustomed to a bigger city standards and frequent travels, I take my nail game seriously. But oh boy, this place takes the cake for the worst nail experience ever. Called for an appointment, they're all about that "walk-in anytime" vibe. Showed them a pic, they promised me the moon, and they straight-up lied to my face. Walked out with chunky acrylics that look like a DIY project gone wrong. The paint's lumpy and bulky! Class and Style? They must've skipped that class. Their $65 "special"? More like a highway robbery with bad taste . This joint's got the bare minimum in nail bling. It's a trashy rip-off, not a steal. I usually drop $120 and tip generously, but these old veterans were more interested in being cranky, irritable and impatient than making my nails fab.
