I didn't really know what to expect going in since I heard such scathing reviews about the Ada location. I've gotten many vehicles through Car-Mart over the years, just at different locations and my expericence have always been pleasent. My wife and I strolled through the lot looking for something that suited me and was greated with a smile and a very warm welcome. Mrs. Lashell was very professional and upfront with any issues I addressed with the vehicle I was interested in. I was presented with a detailed Carfax report, a very good We-owe contract for fixing the issues with the vehicle. Overall I believe being under new management, Car-Mart will serve the Ada community well.

NEVER buy a car from car mart we purchased a car from them August 15 on August 19th the check engine light came on and the car start running hot. We had a diagnostic done at big boy in sulphur he said it was the front doorman catalytic converter and it would cause it to over heat. Well car mart had the car towed to wattersons in roff to be fixed, we just got the car back Friday September 6th. Drove it till Wednesday morning when my husband was driving from sulphur to ada to work and it overheated on him. So car mart had it towed to Wattersons again and now they are saying it needs a new motor and we have to pay for it because we drove it knowing it had cooling issues. Each time it over heated we parked it and did not drive it again. And the car is under warranty and the motor is covered, but they are saying we knowingly drove it that way so they won't cover it.

Amanda is the best account representative ever. She listens,she's patient and genuinely cares. She has always been there for me and goes above and beyond. She delivers the very best customer service at all times. She is the truest definition of great customer service. Be sure and ask for Amanda and you will clearly see what I mean. She deserves a promotion and or raise

NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Ada’s CarMart truly deserves 0 stars. They are crooks! CarMart will sell vehicles they know won’t last a month and refuse to take any responsibility. Everyone I’ve heard that has bought a car from them have had the EXACT SAME experience.

Car-Mart are very friendly, patient people, they incurrige you to ask questions. They will work with you to place you in a vehicle once you pass the basic requirements. They listen to your needs and purpose of type of vehicle you are looking for. I would recommend you to go see them. You could be driving off as a happy customer within under an hour and half in a vehicle that fits your needs. Take a chance they will work with you any way they can to gain a happy customer. Ho see Stephen or Amanda we did.

They are super friendly and helpful. I had a few problems with the car I chose at first, but they fixed them before I paid for it and had it back to me within the next day. Highly recommend!
