I was over 100 miles from home on a Saturday and had an engine misfire on my BMW. Bret called local parts store to find engine coil and did the repair for me in a matter of minutes. Bret personifies the best of small town America! We were traveling through, and our car started overheating. He fixed it on a SUNDAY. Had us on our way in 1.5 hours, and charges were very reasonable. And, he called the next day to check on us! Can't say enough good things!
