I don’t feel too overwhelmed at all going into this store to find stuff. It’s fairly easy to find what I want. The employees are almost always friendly and attentive to the customers.
They’re not overbearing or anything at all, so that’s a plus for me, being a female.

I forgot his first name, but Mr Rucker @ Ada Auto Zone helped me with my headlight, he was so positively outgoing he definitely knows the golden standard customer service!!!!!

I was making right turns all day to avoid being pulled over. I know, I know, “use your hand signals.” The driver side window also doesn’t go down, so there.Autozone let me borrow a screwdriver so I could remove the covering of the tail light, even though I did not buy the bulb there, they were happy to lend a tool and also offered to help.I already appreciate when friendly faces are in places such as these, because being a woman, it is easy to feel like they are undermining you. Not here, not today.
