“Pretty nice apt. Management is caring and helpful! They allow pets with a pet deposit per pet. Everything works. There’s even a small shared backyard at my apt. Office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 to 4 I believe.”

“I lived there from 7/2009-6/2012 while working in Ada. The apartment was just newly built about 6 months earlier.Very nice design. Lots of space. Rent was fantastic after living in the Northeast.I had a 2-bedroom, 2-baths on the corner. The neighbors were fantastic. Very professional and polite people.The landlord came right away if there were any problems in the apartment.However, I had to leave suddenly and paid up for 3 months of rent while I was gone. A friend was supposed to be taking care of my 2 cats but I don’t think she was consistent.The landlord sent the cats to a shelter and took all of my furniture (all newly bought and good stuff) and my belongings. I wasn’t able to return to the apartment.After I expressed my upset with him on the phone, I believe he changed his phone number.So, they’re very nice apartments with very nice neighbors but beware the landlord.He’s great as long as everything is going well but if you call him out on something, he has that typical Midwestern flare.Nice to your face - stab you in the back!”

“I have a friend that lives here and it's a really nice complex. No loud neighbors or loud vehicles driving through the parking lot. It's pretty quiet for being on a busy street in town.”
