“I love this store, I can always find an outfit or accessory for any occasion at a reasonable price. Their sizes are also realistic! If your normally a size 8, you're not going to be trying to squeeze into a size 20 like some brands out there. I went today and Addalynn and Connor were seriously my personal stylist! It was white glove service from start to finish. I needed an outfit for an occasion tomorrow, and tried on a few tops and found one I liked. By the end of my trip I had a whole different, comeplete outfit that looks amazing that without Addalynn and Connor's guidance I never would have ever tried on. The store is always clean, the music upbeat, and prices good, but your sales associates made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. This two are a great asset to your store! I will be back.”

“I had a great customer service experience yesterday, 05/17/23, at this location. We had left some items on hold to be picked up on Monday, I called and asked the store to extend their hold which they willingly did. I went on Wed (yesterday) to finally pick up the items and one of the items was missing. The description I had was extremely generic and I had a general idea from where it was originally picked up. Amber (one of the staff members), was soo nice in trying to help me sift through the clearance section to try to find it. Upon my request, she even went in the back to see if it was still on hold (the other person could've missed it) .. and she found it!!! She said it was fallen on a different shelf. The item wasn't even worth much, but it was the effort and true customer service that I was impressed with!!! There was no frustration on anyone's face or in their voice. With stores continuing to be understaffed and work load continuing to increase, I'm impressed that kohls is able to maintain professionalism in dealing with their customers and a special shout-out to Amber who was willing to go on a wild goose hunt to find one item for me!! THANK YOU!!”
“The staff is good. They understand very well what you need to do. I went their for fave waxing. The lady did mine was very nice. She did a nice job. I feel safe and comfortable coming here. Also the salon is well cleaned, social distancing is taken care of.”

“I never really doubt with rent to own because I heard not very great things about it! But The delivery of our washer and dryer went great. These two gentlemen brought the washer and dryer up put them in their places. They did a fine job. They didn’t ruin anything. They didn’t scratch anything. It went very smooth and the gentleman named Joe, He was very knowledgeable very respectful, and actually gave us a lot of information that we did not know that we now know and are looking to purchase more stuff and save money as we’re purchasing! :) I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends”
