I switched all my family’s prescriptions and stopped using Walgreens because they kept sending our scripts to “central” to be filled and it would take 2-3 days sometimes. Two scripts could be called in from the same doc at the same time and one would come local and the other to central so I would have to make two trips. Well, my daughter had surgery today and I had to pick the closest location to us. I shouldn’t have. Get home from surgery and see that one of the meds has an insurance issue. Call and the pharmacist just had to send it through with an override maybe, idk. That was at 10 am. At 11 am I get a robo call saying my prescriptions are ready. Great. Well guess what. I get there and the one with the insurance issue is still not filled and they said it was going to be another 30 minutes at least. So now I get to waste my time and gas on an extra trip yet again. I don’t care that it’s the closest pharmacy to me, I will not make the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt ever again.

The worse customer service ever. They do not say I will be with you or acknowledge that you are there. I had to wait a half hour only to find a incompetent clerk and pharmacist who didn’t help the clerk I needed B12 shot and no one explained to me how to do it plus the clerk didn’t give me the right syringe to draw the b12 . Went back and pharmacist says he can’t help. Offered to sell me another syringe ???
Oh I am so upset that they are just downright rude. Just got out of hospital and need the B12 so will have to wait .

I don't go to walgreens alot but when I went to have a drug screening done the lady was extremely rude. I showed her my ID and she snatched it put of my hand and she was keep on Interrupting me when I would go to say something and I went to show her my Registration form and she just told me no that I need to read it to her and it was just a bad experience and she just a ride person

Phone system choices and message is way too long and the robot only understands a few sentences. Once a human was on they were very helpful.

I have been on hold for 34 minutes to return a call from the pharmacy. I am leaving 2 stars because I have had 2 positive interactions with staff members. I switched to Walgreens because of location. I will be changing pharmacies- this does not work for me. (it has been almost 40 minutes now and I am tempted to abandon this call-so frustrating!)

5 stars because it's the only place I can load my chime card. My only problem is wish they'd put out new funko pops those 2 falcon pops been there over a year I don't think they're going to sell

I used to enjoy shopping at this Walgreens quite frequently. I have noticed a change lately in their employees, some (not all) are just down right mean acting. I don't shop there half as much as I used to for this reason.

Worthless - don't give a dang about there customers no friendly staff ( don't go unless nessasery ) !!! PLEASE DON'T GO !!!!! I went in with a care source insurance card n stood there 30 minutes before they said we don't take these any more .. n I was the only one in line :: nice people !!!!

Pharmacy is over priced. Paid less than $5 for a prescription elsewhere they wanted over $100 when insurance didn't cover it. I'll never use Walgreens pharmacy again.

Went to this store tonight to get toilet paper and another item. The only tp that was in the store were the individual rolls that was clearly marked 10 for $5.00. Upon going the the checkout we were informed that due to a shortage of paper products that there was a 4 roll limit on a product that was clearly marked for sale as 10 for $5.00. How can you put a 4 roll limit on something that was marked as such? They would not let me buy in different transactions either. We are ve
