I called the pharmacy to ask questions about my prescription but the male (pharmacist?) who answered the telephone would not talk with me. I decided I would not do business with the pharmacy if they treated me like this. I took my business to another Zanesville OH pharmacy where my questions have been answered!!

They just seem to assume that everyone who's on prescription medications has 1 to 6 hours to sit in the drive-thru and wait to pick up their prescriptions.... Every single time I waste entirely too much time just trying to get my medications...

Went to this store tonight to get toilet paper and another item. The only tp that was in the store were the individual rolls that was clearly marked 10 for $5.00. Upon going the the checkout we were informed that due to a shortage of paper products that there was a 4 roll limit on a product that was clearly marked for sale as 10 for $5.00. How can you put a 4 roll limit on something that was marked as such? They would not let me buy in different transactions either. We are ve

I usually encounter friendly, proficient and professional pharmacy employees and cashiers. Kudos to them; that's why I give 3 Stars. However, all of the assistant managers I've encountered were rude, ineffective, unhelpful. And I spend a lot of money there because its convenient location. However, convenience isn't everything .... I have been frequenting CVS and RiteAid and considering switching pharmacies.

I use to frequent this Walgreens location often. However, after a horrible experience with one of the managers, I no longer shop here. My Dad and I were purchasing school supplies for 25 underprivileged children for a back to school drive. I noticed that Walgreens had a sale for 7/$1.00. We went in and decided to pick up around 80 folders to donate for this drive. Keep in mind that there were at least 150 folders on the shelf and that this was the last day of the sale. As my dad and I were getting these items, two workers came and began staring at us--a cashier and a manager. Finally, the manager said "You can't take all of those". For starters, why would we be counting the folders out if we were going to take all of them. Anyways, we explained to her that we were purchasing these items for children in need who couldn't afford school supplies. She replied back "That doesn't matter. You can't clear my shelves. I have the right to limit you and you can't take all of these." She never even told us what the "limit" was. There were no posted signs claiming that there was a limit. Needless to say, we left the store and took our business to Walmart. I give this a 2 star review instead of a 1 is because there are some nice cashiers at this store and the pharmacy staff is always very cordial. However, due to the manager and the cashier making us feel as if we were doing something wrong by wanting to give their store a big sale, I will no longer give my business to Walgreens. I would recommend going to Rite Aid or CVS if you are looking for good service.
