This is the 8th time the postal carrier has given our packages to someone else . He needs to be fired for this he only has one job to do and that is to put the mail in the correct mailbox. I'm tired of spending money on something just to have it put into someone else's mailbox. This is ridiculous...

We were told — by management — our package was thrown in the trash after multiple attempts to collect it at the post office, on multiple days. Although somewhat of a miscommunication, we were never given a case number or offered any solutions after attempts to rectify, and nothing was done to ensure our item was delivered. First we were blamed for the mistake, then the alternate branch was. Were not offended reimbursement after admitting they threw our item in the actual trash.

Brought a package in to mail out and asked if they had any tape, to which a simple "no" would have sufficed and instead was given an absolutely nasty response about all the things they DONT HAVE and more attitude than I would have though possible from an entire junior high school. Calm down my dude.

I sent food by Express Mail service around 3pm on Sep 22th from my location. The next day I checked tracking, the package didn't not delivery to the door.
It was showed pick up at 4:37pm in Ohio, but there were no additional information what exactly location to pick up. I couldn't call customer service because after office hours.
Then, I called back on September 24th and they told me where my package was. My friend came on Sep 25th and asked them. They said they didn't know where my package was because a lot of things were messed up there. Seriously! USPS, we paid money for it and get the worst service like this.

They will not answer their phones or after calling 12 times and miraculously finally getting someone they say they will look into the matter and call you back then they never do and you are stuck again calling and calling because no one will answer! They even have it to where the recording says their office is closed when it isn't just to not deal with phone calls. I can call the Zane St location and alway get someone but they aren't able to help me with my issue.This is the third time I have had this issue and it is to the point Ive had to make a formal complaint with the OIG.

Got a text from the upstairs said that he tried to make a delivery and missed me for a package but when he tried to make the delivery I was outside wanted me to pay for him to redelivery .

Been calling non stop for over 40 minutes and no one will answer the phone. I have checks being stolen out of my mail box and there is nothing I can do as these people will not do there job!

I was waiting for a amazon package.. it's a laptop cpu fan.. zanesville ohio usps claimed that they attempt to deliver @7:59 today and ready to be picked up.. (it is just now 6:07pm)!!!!! Who signs for a $12 laptop part when I had way more expensive things just left out on my front door!?! I work 60 hours and probably won't make it to pick it up!!
