$28 for shop supplies to change a battery? When I decided I did not want to crawl under my backseat to replace a battery, I called the dealership for a quote. Besides $240 for a battery that I couldn't get anywhere else, they were going to charge $30-40 to replace the battery. They mentioned that taxes and shop supplies would be added. I did not question that since I couldn't imagine any supplies they would need to change my battery. The final bill included $28 for shop supplies. When I questioned them, they explained that every single person is charged $28! I can't imagine any job that would require $28 in shop supplies. Despite that they steal $28 from every single customer. Highway robbery has a new definition. Take your car anywhere else and you'll be better off. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio attorney general's office.

Went in January 22nd to find a vehicle. Found one I loved and traded my car in , signed all paperwork etc. Was told I could drive my new car home that day , then after signing paperwork was told “the service dept isn’t in on weekends “ and they wanted to do a last inspection before it left the lot but I would get it on Monday. Monday comes and dealership tells me, upon inspection we found that the rear main seal is broken and we ordered the parts , they should be here tomorrow. 3 days later they have some parts but still waiting on others , 3 days later rear main seal is fixed and they will deliver car next week. Next week comes and can’t deliver due to “snow” , promised they would deliver my car AGAIN today; then called me at 3pm and said now the power steering pump is bad and they want to order the parts to replace that so it’ll be another few days. I AM SO AGGRAVATED. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a vehicle I’ve already bought.

I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked in and took a seat. After about 10 minutes the gentleman at the desk came and told me they didn't have the oil filter but one was getting delivered. Ok...no problem. After an hour and 20 minutes, I go back to the service counter to check on my truck. I asked a young girl there if my truck was done yet and she sarcastically said "I have no idea" . I then looked out in the drive thru and saw my truck sitting there. I asked if the truck had even moved...she again answered in her "professional" manner. I don't know and walked away. I go out and realized the truck never moved from when I parked it. I go back in and asked the original guy that was now at the counter and he said "no...filter isn't here yet". So I left. I stewed over this all the way home and called the dealership back and asked for the service manager. The young girl in the service dept that answered the phone, the same one that I spoke to there?...who knows. But if I had to bet on it I'd say it was the same one. She puts me on hold for about 3 minutes, comes back and says the manager is on the other line. she asked my name and number and he'd call me back. This was last Thursday...he still has not called me. First of all...that little girl with the smart lip, should not be dealing with customers. And, if they were waiting on the filter, why not take the truck back and at least get the tires rotated? After reading other reviews, perhaps they had no intention of rotating my tires... I was willing to wait for someone to call me back and give them another chance, but maybe they only reply 5 star ratings. Since they don't care...I am going to Jiffy Lube down the street tonight. I will be in and out in 10 minutes.

I have bought 2 cars from them and I said I would always go back. I take that back and will find another place to buy a vehicle. Today I went in to collect a prize for a sweepstakes they had going on and possibly talk about getting another vehicle. They dropped the ball from the beginning. They never got back with us when we texted about our prize and when I called, Mark said it was over. After reading the information, it stated that I had by the end of business that day to claim it. When I went in, Mark again said that I didn’t have a prize when I know I did. It took a while, but I finally got it. I wouldn’t have minded about a prize. We all know those things are just to get you in there to talk about buying a vehicle(which I intended to do.) What I don’t like is to be lied to several times and disrespected.

We own a 2015 Sienna AWD. Took it to Munro for a creeking sound while turning the steering wheel. They diagnosed struts and mounting plates. Makes sense we live on a very bumpy rural road. They had trouble getting the parts so we took it to Zanesville Toyota. They diagnosed a new rack and steering column. I was perplexed, I'm no mechanic but a bad steering link usually has play in the wheel and a rack usually leaks when it goes bad. They estimated $2200 for the repairs. After we got home received a call from Zanesville Toyota. They wanted to know if we were interested in trading it in. So I took it to Firestone and they gave the same diagnosis as Munro, struts. They put the struts on, no more noise! I'm not looking for special treatment or a bargain but need to be able to trust you. They won't be getting my business in the future.
