“Yesterday when I called I spoke with Lolita and she was such a sweetheart!! So helpful and informative!! She has great customer service and seems to really care about the customers. She even gave me a big laugh that I was really needing!! Thank you for your help Lolita!!This morning I called because I received a bill in the morning when I woke up saying I owed $14.00, I understood the charge and people make mistakes. It was a honest one. My issue is I could not get signed into a account to pay it!I called when I got a chance to and Trisha helped me. She looked into the bill and looked into my account. She was able to send me a link to reset my password, get me into the account and was so friendly doing so!! Thank you Trisha..SO FAR!! My experience has been a GREAT one with this company. “This is BY FAR the nicest mini storage in town. It is clean and secure. But most importantly it is made of block construction. Most mini storage facilities are made of sheet metal and pole barn type materials. The block construction is great for cars and personal belongings because it minimizes the moisture inside. Highly recommend!”

“The truck I rented had a leak in the roof, unknown to anyone. It rained the first night I had the rental and the next day we went to finish loading our belongings and noticed one of our couches had a significant amount of water on it. I sent an email almost a month after I rented the truck and explained what had happened and I asked if U-Haul was responsible for that type of damage. Within a couple days, Robbie from the Zanesville, OH location called me and we resolved the issue immediately and my card was issued a credit for what I consider to be a very fair amount of money. Robbie was very sincere in his apology and I’m in disbelief at how well U-Haul handled my email and how painless the whole process was. Thanks Robbie! You just don’t find this type of service anymore. Very satisfied customer here.”
