They talk down to women coming in to get work done on their vehicles. They flat out lie about how things on a car operate. They don't abide by vehicle manufacture specifications. They don't always check out complaints. Had a leaking tire that they couldn't find the leak on took the tire off and there was a split in the sidewall that they said they never saw. Don't trust them with your vehicles or your money.

This store can't put tires on EV cars so this is one perk of my membership I can't use.

The lady at the service desk. should be store manager she was great ! However went to check out with 2 otemd..cashiers standing in huddle talking, wasn't greated, and she handed me my change no words either. I had to say thank you and have a good day. ugh. you raise membership rates and I'm a Gold member, and your not even a 5 star store. I'd be surprised if your store makes it another 5 years, Bad customer service and ripping people off.

The service is good but the manager Michael has zero customer service skills! He has a very poor attitude and is very rude!

I recommend chatting with the service desk associate Sharon. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable about her job. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Very upbeat and helpful

They always have those people trying to sell you something like cell phone service or change your utilities company. They are very rude when you tell them no!! I should be able to shop without being harassed.

I'm an Instacart shopper and a lot of my customers order from Sam's club & I just wanted to say this one in Zanesville Ohio, has the nicest staff. I especially like Islam & the rest of the men & women in the meat dept. They always come out & help me look for items. Always a pleasure shopping here!

What happened to the old man at the door? With COVID everyone is on edge, but I looked forward to my weekly visits to Sam's to supply my business. Jim was always the jump start to my day. His fun loving and pro community demeanor was the highlight to my routine. Now instead of smiling faces I get scruffy eye brows and blank stares. He was someone that at least presented himself like he loved what he was doing. Hopefully he didn't pass away or something.

Got a package of diapers as a baby shower gift and my baby outgrew the size before I even got to use this box. Tried to exchange them for a bigger size. Got told the diapers aren't from Sam's club pointed on the box shipping label says from Sam's
