Had a flat tire….car was loaded…it was 4th of July and I was on my way to NY. My grandson came and put the “donut” on( Thank you Caleb !) Then i had call around to find a place open & have the right tire size…Monro was open and only ones with the right size! They were wonderful…put the new tire on right when I got there and sent me on my way!! Thankful!!

These guys are classic ripoff artist mechanics.
Went there a year ago to get some brake pads changed, they told me I needed a full brake job from pads to fluid even though I just put on new rotors. I looked over the quote before i threw it away and they were attempting to charge me $196 for an $80 brake caliper, $80 for $40 brake pads. I threw it away after looking over those two.
Stay far away from this place and go to a local mechanic.

Hello . It was a Saturday morning and my rear brakes had gone out on my truck . Fortunately Monro’s is open on Saturdays , which is a plus , and they were able to get me right in after I phoned in . Knowing that I had to sit and wait for the work to be done , they did their best to get me in and out as quickly as they could , which I appreciated . They let me know of a few other things that were going on with my truck , without asking, and I also appreciated that very much . The manager and his worker that day were both very friendly and respectful and knowledgeable. It was a good experience and exactly the way to get and keep loyal customers . Thank you !

People where very friendly and they changed oil and rotated tires just fine but they never checked tire pressure and my tire pressure light came on as soon as I left there.

Fast and Friendly Service. Went in for oil change and they pointed bout how my tires were dried and cracked and NOT too safe. Car is 2015 Buick Regal and Apparently had original tires since it only has 61,000 miles on it. Glad they told me. Went ahead and got 4 tires and front end alignment from them. New Manager very friendly.

I needed a tire after I got off work at 7 am and it was completely flat and wouldn’t inflate. Monroe was the only shop that was open early enough to get me in. However, Gary, the employee at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He even called corporate to get a 20% off discount code. He and Chris, who was also very friendly, hooked me up with 4 new tires at a reasonable price. They even put new valve stem caps on. I had a vibration for the last few months that I thought was a wheel baring going bad and it turns out it was just corrosion on the wheel that they took care of for me. The car drives like brand new now.

Tries to charge me almost 600 for a battery and nearly 800 for an alternator. This place is trying to rob people that don't know any better and it should be illegal. Nearly 1400 before labor for less than 400 worth of parts. Don't go here ever.
