Terrible customer service. Worst manager I ever spoke with at any company. Company sent me a text telling me to visit local store. For a phone upgrade after 2 years. Can't they where closed last year because of Herion users. Now I call Zanesvile to be told they don't do upgrades and Krista says no no no and she just works there. Not very hard she doesn't. Also refuses to give anybody else to speak to. My phones now been broken for months.

They miss informed me when speaking to there employee they said my bill would be a certain amount after letting her know the manager told me he would make sure that the 20 discounted tablet case would be put up and her not finding it she said well he "the manager" don't know what he is talking about so after leaving without a case and being told I would only be charged this amount a few days later when my bill cycled it was way over I tried calling she said she was sorry and didn't know and she would leave a note for her manager after a week or so later I call back it's a different person she gives me a number for the manager to there store but he is at a different store so I call he tells me he will call me back after looking in to it two more days past I call and speak to the second girl I spoke with that gave me his info and she said i needed to call him i call him he said the girl was supposed to look into it so i called her back she looked into it and didnt understand why i was charged the way i was also and ahe would speak to him another day later i called back he said yea basically that he dont know what happened and there was nothing he can do I told him how unprofessional all of that was explained to him everything I asked for a number for owner or something of the store he said call corp so i did that was no help so i called the store the girl i continued to speak to saif a manager i can speak to will be at another store to call the next day i did it was the same manager i had an issue with at that point i was so frustrated and the manager said ohh well ive told you there is nothing we can do, he would recommend I go threw another provider if I have an issue and I said did you just recommend I go to another company and he said yup and hung upI called corp again explained everything in huge great detail with everyone's names and dates was told I would get a call back within 48 hrs and this was months ago never received a call back no fix no refund for the extra money I was charged just nothing if I hadn't just bought a new tablet I was told I had to have for a yr on there service before id own it ... which before all this I was okay with it because on my line it is on 15 extra but after I have to keep the lines to own the tablet. It's not that I wouldn't recommend metro I love there service products never had issues but that store HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

The pretty manager, Kristen, went above and beyond to help me transfer everything from my old phone to my new one. She let me stay till everything was the way I wanted it on my new phone. She is very friendly and helpful! Will definitely do business at this store again!

Haven't been able to get consistent service and was told to upgrade to an iphone 12-13 for me to be able to receive or make calls. Constantly dropping calls and barely even gets LTE but I pay for 5g I was told their engineer team is working on all local ohio towers. Lost my business. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Wouldn't recommend them. Constant lies and no resolution, trying to start a petition to sue. Got about 10 names across so far as well as fcc and BBB reports done.

I like metro by t mobile, I don't think you should get charged extra because you want to pay with a debit card. Other than that, this is better than the last place I had?

the "manager" sold us a defected phone after admitting that she knew that it was defected. we havent even had our phone 2 weeks. now they want me to spend more money. not sure why they think its ok to sell people junk and then make me pay more money! worst customer service ever. the "manager" wouldnt even give me her name!
