Such a lovely store! The staff are nice, the store layout actually makes sense and they even have a reward card! They stick by what they advertise and are way cheaper than Walmart! Will definitely go back to shop here again!

The Guy that works in the Gestation Booth likes to cat call people's wives' and ask them questions that shouldn't be asked at the Zanesville, oh location. also guy named Rocky that works there, treated me like garbage.

Rude employees today, ignoring customers. Price on sliced cheese was outrageous! Shopping carts were a mess, stuck together with only a few inside.

This store can't keep items in stock consistently unless you get there at 12 noon. Your paying there jacked up prices then you have to check yourself out. Prices have doubled on everything and at the end of the day if they don't sell the chicken they throw it out.

I want to commend you on one of your associates. She was handling the pick up line on groceries today, Friday 2nd, at noon. She was by herself, and did a fantastic job. She was extremely organized. Kudos to her! Give her a pat on the back. Thanks.

Went into the store to get groceries and was 4 dollars short on my card so it was denied, but Kroger took 98.06 off off it and it didn't show up on register, my bank shows where they took it and I have talked to customer service, manager at store 3 times and kcrc (who handles transaction complaints) 3 times and no body has helped or tried to fix the situation. I offered to email back statements and was told no that there was nothing they could do, so out the money and won't be going back there!! So sad there isn't actual customer service any more!!
