Loved going through the drive-thru on a busy day. I couldn't find a parking spot. First time using this service, and they were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve used this pharmacy for years now and never had a problem. Lately though the last 4 months have been horrible. I needed another inhaler and chamber for my son because the school needed one. The doctor and insurance were fine with it but took them THREE WEEKS to finally actually place the order. Everytime I called they would say they have to order it and will be there on Monday. Each time I called to make sure it was ready they say they never put the order in. Still wouldn’t give me a chamber though so I had to buy another one. My other son got his dose upped and they took a week to get that ready. Now this past week has been hell for me to get my prescription.

They never have enough check outs open especially during busy times. Doesn't make any sense. We stopped going.

They are the slowest when it comes to filling a prescription. Half the time they do not even know the status of your refill because when you get to the store after being told it is ready you are sitting and waiting for a while to get it filled. Not to mention waiting for a while to have someone even come to the front to talk to you. Worst service ever.

The guy I usually talk to when picking up our meds is nice and helpful. I’ve had three great experiences with them now and will never be going back to my old pharmacy. They get people through exponentially faster than my previous pharmacy and don’t hand out a clipboard full of patient names like that other one.

Unprofessional. I've been get my prescriptions here for over 7 years. Not sure what the hell happened here. It's just absolutely unacceptable for the wait times the customer service and having your prescription filled in a timely matter.

Drive thru never open, long lines slow service. They hold up your orders till 4pm next day so they can get cheaper though cheaper supplier's but Never pass on a discounted price. They don't care about customer service.

I'm an Instacart shopper & have shopped many Krogers, including the ones in Columbus and I have to say that this Kroger in Zanesville is my favorite. It's a very clean store & always seem to keep up on stock. The staff is extremely helpful & are always willing to help me find products that I can't find. Like Micah in the Bakery dept. and Mel & Don in the meat department Kayla & Kim in Deli are always patient with me. All the cashiers, stockers & baggers are great too! Mr. Barker seems to have a great store & that's why I only do all my shopping here!

Some people complain prices are too high when in reality they are not. Krogers has a better selection and love their 10for$10. Employees are all nice and helpful. You might come across one that's not too friendly or helpful. But when you come back again they are either terminated or had attitude adjusted.
