Stopped for a simple transaction got home realized $5000 error, call back during business hours and get an answering machine. Call the online help after lengthy hold told yes it's definitely their mistake but they can't fix it try going to the branch they can give me directions.

Great bank, great customer service and very understanding. Clean lobby, ample parking, quick drive thru services. Overall, a great bank, and i highly recommend them.
