This is a great repair shop rescued me from the roadside with Regen issues. Made it back to their shop and they put me directly into a bay and had repairs made. If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely the most knowledgeable techs and extremely friendly. This is how a business should be run. Thank You

Wow I'm impressed how professional this place is.. friendly and helpful.. not only that but reasonable prices... and don't get me started on the mechanic named Eric.. he knows his job cause right off the bat he knew the problem and even noticed my fan wasn't even hooked up smh if yall ever in the Ohio area and you need a real mechanic that'll get the job done come see Eric and his friendly crew... you won't be disappointed I promise...5 stars plus five more just because this place is that good!

Really great people to work with! They were able to get parts quickly and hopped right on my truck when I brought it in. On top of that they charged about half the cost of a truck stop shop. 10/10 highly recommend

Highly recommended I had low voltage issues my alternator was gone they check it ryt away and get me back in the road little expensive on labor but worth it saving your time thanks for helping me out ?

I don't recommend this shop. Also if you are not white dont cone here. There prices are extremely high for minimum service. They didn't even diagnose my problem correctly. There were other issues that they did not look into or tell me. I had taken it to another shop and found other issues with the job they had done. They will bait you into going there. Even other business in the area told me that Hughes robbed me when i showed them the bill. All he did was replace the first differential and replaced oil on both differential and trans. Other business in the area did mention that they were fairly priced when hughes first got into business. Stay away from this shop. Also when I wanted to ask questions over the phone to hughes, he got aggressive and was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was a thieve or a dog. Stay away from this place.ResponseThe drive shaft carrier bearing was worn out, both differential torque arms bushings were worn out. The treatment I received from Hughes was unacceptable as well as the charges. What's done is done and I wish all of you the best and hopefully learn to be fair with your prices and not take advantage of customers. Thanks and God bless.Service: Transmission

While picking up a trailer I asked if they had time for a PM service on my truck. Unfortunately they did not have time but were very friendly people to deal with.Stay away from the truck stop shops and find small shops like this one to support!

As an OTR Driver for over 20 yrs I’ve had my share of breakdowns as well as good and bad mechanic shops, but I’ve never experienced this great quality of work. They found every problem that my truck was having, diagnosed, fixed, and that was after Loves, T/A, and even Freightliner didn’t detect. I live in Texas and I’d gladly travel here to have my Truck worked on. The staff was exceptional.Services: Electrical
