This company is truly a family oriented company! From day one they’ve made my husband and I feel welcome and like family! There’s some reviews on here that I can promise you are not true. We’ve never sat without a load longer than 30 mins and there’s an answer to every single question you have. You never feel left alone on the road and there’s always someone available to help you if you need it. Everything Ben told us has been the truth. They even helped us lease a trailer so we could come to work for them! This company will set you up for success and teach you everything if you don’t have much experience! This is the best “job” we’ve ever had. We’re having so much fun and seeing some beautiful places. If you are looking for a company to lease on with look no further. This is the company you want to lease on with.

Booked a load with Tyler and under no fault of anyone we had to recover the load halfway through after the original truck had issues. Tyler handled it gracefully and communicated with myself (broker) and my customer throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

I'm really loving this company. I've been in a company orientation more informative than this. The company is family oriented and when you come aboard they make you feel like you're a part of it. I've already recommended this company to 3 other o/o's.

Just signed up with them recently, my first week and it’s been really good. Orientation was real Informative and hands on. The team there is knowledgeable and experienced, they make sure you feel comfortable going over the road and focus on safety. I used to be with another hotshot company and these guys blow them out of the water. Dispatch has been killing it this week, those guys are top knotch ??

I’ve been running with Hotshot 107 for about three months now and I can tell you if you are looking to lease on someone this is the one to go! It was times where I was stuck and down and out, but like they advertise, it is a family oriented company that treats you like it! You must work hard to get what you want in this life and I can tell you that it is a lot more obtainable when you have a partner that you can trust

Hi Don,
I heard that someone left their home last night to drive and deliver that load. That is very rare. This was not a high rate load and you still did that. The load you delivered was for one of our most important customers who already had a screw up and these parts did not show up. They have a crew there putting up a 750k structure and they would not be able to finish the job on time if this product did not arrive today. That would have cost them many thousands of dollars. Thank you for doing what you did. You are a real business owner!! I will be using your company again in the future and will recommend others do as well.

This is the easiest review I could ever make. As we all go through things in life, one thing always leads to another. For me, the things that I have endured & been through has lead me here to Hotshot 107. I could not feel anymore appreciative that God has lead me here. This is the finest group in the hotshot business and I am a true testimony to what i’m saying. The hard work & willingness to help from this group is unmatched. From the start of orientation, I could see how professional Hotshot 107 truly is. Driving for them makes everything just that much more clear. There has never been a day that I have doubted the team and Im lucky to be apart of such a devoting group! If you find yourself wanting to take the next big step, wondering who to work under or who to be dispatched by, let this be your sign. I know Hotshot 107 has my back and I have theirs. I can write a very long review and mean every word of it wholeheartedly. Straight to the point, this company is by far the best out here in the Hot Shot hauling business hands down. In 2018-2019 I personally help start and started 3 Hot shot authorities
With 7 units total. I say that to say I have experience. Fast forward 2024 getting back in the Hot Shot business and I find Hot Shot 107 and they saved my new business venture as I started on my own and on a shoe string budget. Blessing. I thank everyone at 107 and I mean everyone. The most professional group I’ve ever encountered in trucking. Read the reviews like I did and now my review to add as well, this business is about hauling and sacrificing time away from your loved ones. The number one most important element is time dedicated to being over the road. The only way you’ll make good money. 107 is the Team it’s all just up to you to go pick up and deliver. Show up with your pick up truck the will have you rolling in 2 and a half days. I’m a living example. I’m from Florida came all the way to Ohio to lease on, guys from California, Oklahoma, Georgia, Virginia all signed up the day I also did. I watched YouTube and follow a few on instagram that hot shot but if you want to start off on the right foot w the best team until you master the industry then don’t waste your energy elsewhere. I’ll stop here and still left many other great details out. Just don’t want to bore w writing but truth be told it’s a great stepping stone for anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company. My 2 cents and super happy I’m rolling w 107.

Orientation was very informative. Being a city boy, I never used straps, binders, or tarps prior to this. After orientation, I was confident that I could properly secure anything to a trailer. Kenny was always willing to take a call when I had a question about how to properly secure trickier loads and even answered service questions about my truck. The dispatchers work hard to keep you rolling (shoutout to my boy Jacob aka Mike Tomlin). Some weeks are better than others but it’s like that in any business. On average, I grossed between 3k and 6k or about $4500 a week. If you’re new and don’t have any experience, I highly recommend you start with these guys! They’ll teach you everything you need to know. Put the work in, hammer down, keep a positive attitude, and you’ll see some good profit.

Ok… so the name is Adam. I started with 107 late aug early sept of this year. I wanted to take the time to sit and write some thoughts out. I have worked with some horrible companies in my past and when I came here I was expecting the same kinda treatment. I was so wrong, these people have helped me out more than I care to admit. My old truck would go down for maintenance (because it was an old truck) and they not once held it against me.
When my old truck blew a motor their first question was not about the load I was under or is the trailer ok their first question was “are you ok”. Because of my numerous mechanical issues I had first starting out my revenue was lower than average and I was still able to afford to stay in a nice hotel for that weekend, eat out, pay for a heavy wrecker to tow my truck and trailer to a shop, pay for Ubers, pay for the diagnostics to tell me my engine was blown, pay for a transport truck to trailer my broke truck half way across the country back home, pay for a plane ticket to get home and normal bills. When I got a new truck lined up to go back to work they worked diligently to get all my paperwork switched over to my new truck. I bought the truck on a Monday I had it tagged and titled by Friday and I was back to work running by the following Tuesday. I encountered a minor set back earlier this week I contacted Clay and without hesitation or endless berating or question he assisted me in getting the issue solved and handled.
But enough about the road stories let’s talk about staff their safety dept is strict but very fair and have your best interest at heart and also will answer all questions to the best of their ability. Now I can’t speak for all the dispatchers but mine (the one they assigned me to) has kept me running and has had the knowledge and ability to work around emergency family stuff and break downs and still make me money. Not to mention the communication is top notch (meaning not over bearing but also not totally hands off) they are quick to respond and also to keep you in the loop. Now for the senior staff to include maint staff. They are all great guys and are a pleasure to work with (notice that I said “with” not “for”). They really do care about the ppl who drive. They may rub some lesser people the wrong way in the beginning but they are nothing but tough, kind, hard, honest, and most importantly fair. I’m happy to be working with them and it’s been a very welcome change.
This company has adopted the mantra that if their drivers aren’t making money their ppl aren’t making money. They have the motivation needed to keep all of us loaded and running. They restored my drive to stay in trucking and keep going.
Huge shout out to Clay, Caden, Kenny, Josh, Billy, Tyler and Tristian thank you for all that you’ve done to help me. 259AN
