“So! My family and I stayed in the Zanesville best Western this past weekend, as we were leaving and had already drove 3 hours home. My daughter realized she thought she had left her blankey she's had since birth at the hotel. So I called and spoke with a nice woman named ANGIE! She took the whole blankey situation to heart and personally went to our room (224) and my sister's room which was right next door and searched for blankey! Went to the laundry room searched for it there for me too! No blankey... We found it after an hour of searching at home! I wanted to say THANK YOU TO ANGIE for helping out our situation! Grade A customer service lady! Give that woman a RAISE!!!!! JUST AMAZING!!! ❤️ ❤️”

“Service for checking in and out, and breakfast was great. Rooms clean and very quite. Was a great locations for us. Older hotel, but clean and well maintained. Nice back patio with pergola.”
