Love this store but only gave it three ratings because some of the stuff is over priced. If you look around or watch the video on Facebook you can find good deals but some items are just too much for the used condition. D. Prices are really getting out of hand. They need to keep in mind the clientele on a lot of the furniture. Like me I cannot afford new but I also cannot afforded $250 for a VERY used couch either. Some of the stuff I noticed was from dollar tree and it was priced $1.50 and up.

Walked into the store and everything was overpriced. The only worker there was talking to a customer about her research on the value a piece of glass. When I asked about a price she was very rude to me and told me that the item was not for sale. I asked about another item that didn’t have a price and she never got back to me. Terrible customer service.

Purchased a stand up mixer for $50 on October 21st 2023, just for it to stop working less than a month after testing it. Used it literally one time.

LOVE this store when Shayla is there Horrible experience When Shayla is not there. Most employees are rude except Tammy. Need new EMPLOYEES ASAP amd some stuff is wayyy over priced When they get everything free. Greed

Purchased a couch for our business. Came in one week after purchase to pick up (husband's truck was broken so couldn't get any sooner until it was fixed) upon arriving we noticed the couch would not fit up the stairway (business partner purchased another couch which was smaller and still couldn't fit) knowing this we met with the worker at the counter who was pleasant and understanding. She called the manager and requested store credit. The manager declined (mentioning something about the truck, which was again, not the issue). She refused any form of store credit. Honestly it doesn't represent humanity to me. Grace and understanding. Planned on spending more money in the store but will no longer be going.

This place has a little bit of everything. If you're looking for something for your kitchen, living room, basement, wherever, and you don't see it, the staff will do their best to find it for you. Staff is great! Keep up the great work.

Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. As I live out of state, I only get here a couple times a year or so with my parents. We've purchased several items from them both big and small and never felt the prices were outrageous. Have noticed the furniture prices and prices for things like patio sets might be just a tidbit too high considering they're donations and such, but it's still lower or comparable to what you'd find in most places. Staff have always worked to help get furniture out to the vehicles, and have even worked with the prices on some things or thrown a few small things in if it was a large purchase. Never had a bad experience here and when I move to Zanesville, I'll be checking them out for furniture and other furnishings I might need.

They get a 2 because it is at least going to a good cause, otherwise I would have given a 1.This particular store is and has been for some time now completely over priced. They have certain items priced at store prices, but you will not get any warranty like you would if purchased at home depot. We have purchased many items in Columbus for easily half if not more than half of what they charge here in zanesville. I'm not sure who is pricing this stuff but they need to get a better system or something.

They had very friendly staff, very nice selection, and most of the stuff was actually in very good condition. We got a $600 item for $125 in basicly new condition. Highly recommended.

I enjoy going there. Prices are high on a lot, some stuff (nails screws, ect) are reasonable. Its not new, so why pay store price. Left over yard sale,donations, ect) generate more profit w lower prices.
