Schedule my 2012 F150 in with Victoria and gave her my issues with the trucktook the shop 2 tries but got it right.she communicated with me thur out the process picked it up with all issues resolved and was treated with a fair bill .She was awesome.

Dutro Ford was able to get my truck fixed the same day I took it in and was able to give me a loaner vehicle so I could make my other appointments. The customer service was great and the staff was very friendly! I appreciate you guys! Keep up the great work!

when we brought the car in for a repair the air conditioning worked fine. After it did not. They would not fix this even though we believe they are responsible

Took my 2018 Dodge Caravan to Dutro's this past week and was very satisfied with the service I received. I have taken my van to Dutro's since I purchased it from them in 2019. They check all of the bells and whistles each time I take it in for "The Works" oil change/tire rotation. I will use Dutro's again in the future.
